What is the return policy?
You are welcome to open and inspect the package while the courier is still at your doorstep. If you wish to exchange or return the item, simply hand it back to the courier and pay only the delivery fees.
If you have already paid by card, please follow one of these steps:
- Send us a Direct Message (DM) with your order number via our Instagram page @Glamzegypt or Facebook page “ Glamz “
- Use our website chat-box to send your order number and request a refund.
We will process your refund to your bank account or Instapay after verifying with the shipping company.

When will I get my order?
Orders within Cairo takes from 2-5 working days.
Orders outside Cairo within 10 working days.
If you want to track your order, kindly send us your order number through dm and we will get back to you at the soonest.
